2. Subscription & Billing
By purchasing this subscription, you agree to be charged automatically according to the selected delivery frequency (bi-weekly or monthly).
Billing occurs prior to each scheduled delivery.

3. Design Variations
Flower varieties, colors, and compositions may vary depending on seasonal availability and artistic interpretation.
Each Wall-en-Fleurs creation is unique and may differ slightly from photos shown.

4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our shop directly.
Cancellations must be requested at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged.

5. Delivery
Deliveries are made according to the subscription schedule selected at checkout.
Delivery dates are approximate and may vary due to availability, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Same-day delivery is not available for subscription orders.

6. Refunds & Replacements
Refunds are not provided for deliveries already completed.
If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we may assist you.
