ÂmFleur French Flower Shop does not accept returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, changes of mind, delivery conditions, or recipient preferences.
Fresh & Custom Floral Products
All floral products sold by ÂmFleur French Flower Shop are made using fresh, seasonal flowers and are custom-prepared for each order. Once an order has been delivered or picked up, it is considered final and complete.

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer or picked up in-store, ÂmFleur French Flower Shop is no longer responsible for the condition of the flowers.
Natural variations in flowers, colors, and design may occur due to seasonality and availability and are not considered defects.
